The Elder Justice Resource Center (“The Center”) provides services to persons age 60 and over involved in legal proceedings or in need of legal services or resources. The Center may directly help you navigate the court system or provide referrals to professionals that can help. Consultations are available by walk-in or appointment.

SeniorLAW Center provides a wide range of services in their mission to protect the legal rights and interests of the elderly. SLC provides free legal services for seniors 60 and over who are residents of Philadelphia including legal advice, counsel, information and referrals. SLC provides direct services in diverse communities via community legal clinic sites in five difference sites in Philadelphia.

CARIE’s programs provide direct assistance to the elderly, their families, and professionals in the aging field as well as advocating for systemic change to assist the elder population.

CLS attorneys and other staff provide a full range of legal services, from individual representation to administrative advocacy to class action litigation, as well as community education and social work. CLS is nationally recognized as a model legal services program.
CLS has an Aging and Disabilities Unit that specializes in representing seniors and people with disabilities in a wide range of public benefits and consumer matters.

PCA provides protective services including investigating reports of neglect and abuse. Other services for seniors provided by PCA include: Senior Centers, housing resources, care at home resources, and caregiver support.
