Meet the Team
Keelin S. Barry, Esquire
Founder, Managing Attorney
Keelin founded the law office in 2006 and serves as the managing attorney. Keelin practices in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid, and long term care planning. Keelin was honored to serve on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Elder Law Taskforce which, in 2014, issued a report intended to be a blueprint to enable the courts to successfully address the challenges of Pennsylvania’s expanding aging population.
Jess started her career in law office administration and elder law services in 1998. Armed with four years of experience she received her associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from The Community College of Philadelphia in 2002. In 2010, Jess joined the Law Office of Keelin S. Barry, LLC and has been an essential part of our team ever since.
Anastasia DePaz, Esquire
Anastasia is an Associate Attorney at our law office, having joined us in 2014. She helps clients with all elder law matters, but concentrates primarily on guardianship and estate administration. Clients appreciate Anastasia’s thoughtful advice and cheerful diligence.
Elder Care Coordinator
Barbara makes sure that guardianship and long term care clients’ needs are met. Barbara helps to develop care plans, monitors implementation of the care plans and advocates for appropriate changes.
Tim oversees all financial aspects of the firm. He manages the finances of those for whom we serve as guardian or agent under power of attorney. And, as if that isn’t enough to keep Tim busy, he also does the bookkeeping for the law firm accounts.
